* Creative Fraud 101 - Mortgage Press - April, 2005
I recently read your article on Creative Fraud 101 and wanted to say thank you for acknowledging and speaking out to the public on how
the mortgage industry has taken a hit from all the “Mr. Creativity’s” we have out there. I have been in the business for over 7 years now
and on both sides of it, originations and default, and truly understand how fraud has its impacts on the business. Nonetheless, I hope
that industry takes a turn for the better (sooner rather than later) by educating the consumer about what fraud looks like. Thanks again for
your article as I have shared it with my peers, colleagues and staff. –
